I am very enthusiastic about sports and have been from a young age. I have tried my hand at most sports including golf, motor sport, scuba diving, skiing and sky diving to name just a few, and I represented the county at football and table tennis as a youngster. After representing the west of England as an amateur boxer I went on to become a professional before moving into coaching. It was only natural for me to stay in sport and I thought sport massage would be a great way to give something back and meet lots of interesting people along the way.

I currently enjoy road cycling, and I'm lucky enough to have travelled around, riding various mountain passes.

My particular favourites so far have been the Col du Galibier,

Monte Zoncolan, Alpe d'Huez and Mont Ventoux.

I completed a BTEC level 4 diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage at Oxford University with Pulse Training Solutions, (now Oxford School Of Sports Massage).

I am a full member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (www.theisrm.com) and a fully insured practitioner.
